Privacy Policy — Claude Code iPrevail (Internal Application)

“Claude Code iPrevail” is an internal bookkeeping automation application operated by iPrevail International Foundation, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“we,” “us”). The application connects to our own QuickBooks Online company file to support bank reconciliation and the preparation of financial reports and annual state filings.

Who uses this application

This application is used solely by iPrevail International Foundation's own authorized operators. It is not distributed, licensed, sold, or made available to any other person or organization, and it does not serve external users or customers.

What data the application accesses

The application accesses accounting data in our own QuickBooks Online company only: chart of accounts, transactions, and financial reports. It does not access any other company's data, and it does not collect data from members of the public.

How data is stored and protected

All communication with Intuit services uses TLS-encrypted connections.
OAuth credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager and on the authorized operator's disk-encrypted computer. They are never published or shared.
Working data extracts remain on the authorized operator's computer and are used only for reconciliation and report preparation.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed by this application with any third party. Data is disclosed only where required for our own regulatory filings (for example, aggregate financial totals filed with government agencies) or as required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Local working data is retained only as long as needed for bookkeeping and statutory record-keeping, and can be deleted on request of the organization's board. Access can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online “Connected apps” settings, which invalidates the application's tokens.
