End-User License Agreement — Claude Code iPrevail (Internal Application)

Effective date: July 13, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of “Claude Code iPrevail” (the “Application”), an internal bookkeeping automation tool owned and operated by iPrevail International Foundation, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (the “Organization”).

1. Internal use only

The Application is licensed for use solely by the Organization's own authorized operators, for the Organization's own bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting. It is not offered to, and may not be used by, any other person or entity.

2. Scope of function

The Application connects to the Organization's own QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's published APIs to read accounting data and prepare financial reports and statutory filings. Any write operations to the accounting file are performed only with the explicit approval of the Organization's authorized operator.

3. Intellectual property

The Application's scripts and configuration are the property of the Organization. QuickBooks and related marks are the property of Intuit Inc. This Application is an independent internal tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit Inc.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranty of any kind. The Organization's authorized operators review all outputs before they are used in any filing or financial decision.

5. Termination

The Organization may revoke the Application's access at any time via QuickBooks Online “Connected apps” settings or by revoking its OAuth credentials.

6. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
