Privacy Policy

iPrevail International Foundation is a Florida nonprofit run by volunteers. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

  • Forms on this site. When you use our contact or volunteer forms, we get the name, email address and message you type in.
  • Donations. Gifts are processed by Givebutter. Givebutter collects your payment details and sends us a record of the gift, such as your name, email, amount and date. We never see your full card number.
  • Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, how they found us, and what device they use. This data is collected with cookies and is not tied to your name.
  • Text messages. If you text us at 844-477-3824, we receive your mobile number and the content of your messages.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and reply to your messages.
  • To schedule volunteers and follow up about events you asked about.
  • To send receipts and thank-you notes for gifts.
  • To understand which parts of our site help people, so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run iPrevail:

  • Givebutter processes donations. Its own privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Google hosts our email (Google Workspace) and provides Google Analytics.
  • Twilio carries our text messages.
  • Our own volunteers, who see your information only as needed to help you.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Text messaging

You consent to text messages by texting us first. We only reply to people who have contacted us.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies with the conversation.
  • Reply STOP at any time to end messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email info@iwillprevail.org and we will delete it. We publish photos of minors only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to a text to end text messages.
  • Ask us to delete your information or correct it by emailing info@iwillprevail.org.
  • You can limit Google Analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We keep your information in services that use passwords and encryption, and only a small number of volunteers can open it. No system is perfectly safe, but we take care with what you give us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
