Donation Statements and Receipts
Need a receipt or an acknowledgement letter for your records or your taxes? We will send it to you.
Request a Donation Statement
To request a donation acknowledgement statement, email info@iwillprevail.org. Please include your name, the date of your gift, and the amount. Once we validate the receipt of the donation, we will send you a statement within 24 to 48 business hours.
By requesting a statement, you acknowledge that no benefit was bestowed upon you in exchange for this contribution, other than the joy of giving to an organization that empowers individuals and families who have suffered through personal hardships or natural disasters by helping them through enrichment, shelter, life skills, and community support endeavors.
In-Kind Donations
In kind means a donation of goods instead of cash. According to IRS regulations, establishing a dollar value on donated items is the exclusive responsibility of the donor. Donated services are not tax deductible. In-kind donors do not receive any goods or services for their contribution. Therefore, your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Federal tax laws impose certain reporting obligations for charitable contributions of property other than cash. IRS Form 8283 and its instructions can assist you with your reporting obligations.
