One hundred percent of every donation to iPrevail goes to the work. Zero percent pays for salaries or overhead.
What “No Salaries” Means in Practice
Since 2013, no one at iPrevail has drawn a salary, not the three co-founders and not any of the volunteers who step in from a community of more than 1,400 members. That single decision is what lets your gift reach a family in Samar or a foster teenager in Oviedo instead of an admin line item.
Running a nonprofit still takes tools: accounting software, a donor database, a website. Ours are nonprofit grants from Google, Salesforce and QuickBooks. Where most organizations spend donations on overhead, we do not, or we try very hard not to.
That is the promise: no salaries, donated tools, and a volunteer at every step.
