"My name is  Suferiano.  I have a wife and child who live with her parents at Silago, Southern Leyte, which is one of the areas affected by typhoon Yolanda.
As of today, I have received news from my family.  My wife finally called me last night to let me know that they are all safe.  However, our home has been destroyed and they have nothing more to eat because the typhoon destroyed all their crops.
We wish to get our home rebuilt, but we don’t have the means to buy the materials necessary to rebuild."
