Walt Disney had a dream he spent most of his life working toward. He wanted to build a fun, educational place where everyone felt welcome. Due to the generosity of local volunteers Lisa Jero and Jana Perez, the Oviedo teen foster group home were able to visit the Magic Kingdom on Sunday, November 12, 2017.
The young ladies chose Space Mountain as their first ride, and they were impressed with the iconic ride's level of thrill and entertainment. It was wonderful to see them lose their cares for a day of magic and relaxation.
They also enjoyed Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Friendship Fare. iPrevail volunteers treated the young ladies to their choice of their very first Dole Whip, or some delicious Churros.
Space Mountain was deemed worth another visit before the day came to an end. Surely Walt himself would have been thrilled to see the fun these young ladies enjoyed in his park living his dream. Thank you iPrevail volunteers and donors for giving the teens of Oveido Teen Group Foster Home a fun filled day they won't soon forget.
